Time Mastery for Leaders

with Martin Boroson and Carmel Moore

co-sponsored by Mobius Executive Leadership

6 Week Virtual Program | Starts April 23, 2020

Now Offering: Pay What Feels Right

In these rapidly changing and often frightening times, the ability to use time wisely and respond in the moment is an essential leadership skill. Old-fashioned methods of “time management” are not sufficient. Now, in this age of uncertainty, getting on top of time requires both self-awareness and a whole new set of skills.

Time Mastery for Leaders is a radical approach to time and leadership that starts with you—your beliefs, your values, your intentions, and your ability to pay attention. The result? You will be able to make stronger choices, be more effective, take time for what really matters, use creative time techniques as a leadership tool, be more responsive in the moment, and make a profound impact on the lives of your clients, colleagues, and teams.

This is for you if you want to…

  •  1 use this time wisely
  •  2 find calm in the midst of turbulence
  •  3 be fully present with your team – even virtually
  •  4 help your teams and clients manage “time anxiety”
  •  5 find time for what really matters
  •  6 get mindful and focused quickly
  •  7 master the “new time” of working remotely
  •  8 host more meaningful conversations with clients and teams
  •  9 manage these constantly-shifting time horizons
  • 10 find the deepest potential of this moment

In the Core Curriculum, you will get:

  • 1.5 hours teaching from Carmel and Marty with Q&A
  • 1 hour peer-coaching in triads, with practical exercises to help you make it real
  • Access to course leaders for questions and support
  • Recordings of lectures to watch afterwards
  • User forum to share best practice, learn from one another
  • Virtual library of resources
  • Course workbook, downloadable PDFs, practical worksheets to improve practice
  • Ongoing access to our One Moment community

Optional Extra: The Coaching Program for Leaders

We invite you to join a small group of other leaders, supported by one of our senior coaches. This will help you apply the learning more specifically, and the depth of your connection with the others in this group will add a powerful dimension to your learning.

This option is also available as an add-on for intact teams or private groups. This helps your team stay connected while working remotely, use this time to grow together, and design new time practices—practices that will help them work better now and be ready for the new work of the future.
