A One Moment Reminder

a solstice moment

Here it comes again … the solstice.

On Sunday, the sun will seem to stand still and reverse direction. In the northern hemisphere, the days then start to lengthen; in the southern hemisphere, the days then start to shorten.

As the word “solstice” actually comes from the Latin for “sun” and “stand still”, perhaps we can use the solstice as a celestial reminder to stand still, meditate for a moment, and check our direction.

So, please join us on Sunday, at whatever time you choose, in doing a solstice meditation. It only takes a moment.
